Key Responsibilities

• Support financial plans, annual budgets, forecasts, and management decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and financial performance.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management accounts, and reports.
• Maintain effective internal controls and compliance with financial policies.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
• Support project and investment analysis, tax compliance, audits, due diligence, and risk management.
• Monitor procurement and capital expenditure and improve finance systems and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• ICAN professional certification is required.
• MBA or M.Sc. in Finance is an advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive financial-management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, treasury, financial controls, governance, compliance, ERP/accounting systems, project finance, and financial modelling.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, agro-processing, infrastructure, FMCG, or large commercial operations is highly desirable.
