Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, dismantle, repair, and reassemble gas-generator engines and alternators.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance such as oil, filter, and spark-plug servicing.
• Carry out minor and major engine overhauls.
• Test and tune generator systems for reliable performance, fuel efficiency, and emissions compliance.
• Troubleshoot control panels, wiring harnesses, excitation systems, and related electrical faults.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on gas-generator maintenance and overhaul experience.
• Ability to diagnose and complete major repairs independently.
• Strong understanding of gas fuel systems, ignition systems, and electronic governors.
• Experience with Caterpillar, Jenbacher, Cummins, or Perkins equipment is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work in or relocate to Igbesa, Ogun State.
