Job Summary Good Neighbours Microfinance Bank is recruiting a Finance Officer in Ikeja. The position supports transaction processing, reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll and regulatory compliance within a microfinance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions and support accurate daily postings.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly management reports and budgets.
• Review invoices, receipts and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Support payroll processing, statutory remittances and general-ledger review.
• Assist with audit and regulatory preparation, including CBN and NDIC requirements.

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a microfinance bank or other financial institution.
• Working knowledge of relevant financial and regulatory requirements.
• Professional certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
