Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with HMOs, corporate organisations and insurance providers.
• Identify and secure new HMO partnerships and corporate healthcare accounts.
• Manage existing HMO relationships and communication.
• Drive corporate and HMO patient referrals to the clinic.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, contracts and partnership opportunities.
• Represent the clinic professionally in meetings and business engagements.
• Track business-development activity and prepare reports.
• Identify new opportunities for patient and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Experience in HMO, healthcare business development, sales or a related area.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to independently generate and convert business opportunities.
• Good knowledge of the Nigerian HMO and healthcare landscape.
• Professional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet business-development targets.
• Existing HMO or corporate healthcare contacts are an advantage.
