Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end accounting cycles and prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow reports.
• Oversee income audits, F&B cost monitoring, and financial control checks.
• Ensure accurate filing of statutory obligations including VAT, WHT, PAYE, and pension.
• Establish and enforce financial SOPs designed to reduce fraud and mismanagement.
• Strengthen closing and inventory-control processes and build a forward financial roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Professional certification is mandatory: ICAN is preferred; ACCA, ACA, or CPA are also listed.
• 5–10 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in hospitality finance.
• Experience with systems such as Sun System, Opera, and Micros.
• Strong knowledge of USALI and hospitality cost control, including F&B and labour costs.
