Key Responsibilities

• Create and process invoices and cross-check invoices against payments and expenses.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable and communicate with clients on billing and payments.
• Track operating expenses, refunds, overdue payments, and daily stock movement.
• Support tax compliance and liaise with relevant tax authorities.
• Prepare and update monthly payroll spreadsheets and remit PAYE and VAT.
• Handle daily account reconciliations, cash and treasury monitoring, and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Relevant BA/BSc/HND, OND, or equivalent qualification.
• 5–10 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of billing, reconciliation, payroll, tax, and treasury activities.
• Tally ERP knowledge is mandatory.
