Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for trainings, workshops, community events and Youth Agribusiness Park activities.
  • Manage office supplies, filing, asset registers, utilities and vendor services.
  • Coordinate local low-value procurement in line with IITA procedures.
  • Manage receipt, storage, inventory and distribution of programme materials and starter kits.
  • Supervise state drivers, vehicle scheduling, maintenance and fuel management.
  • Manage petty cash/imprest and submit timely expenditure returns.
  • Support onboarding, attendance, travel and staff welfare administration.
  • Liaise with local authorities, communities and facility managers.
  • Support monitoring, PMO/donor visits and programme travel.
  • Maintain administrative and logistics records for audit and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Public Administration, Logistics / Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant administrative and logistics experience, preferably with an NGO, research institute or development programme.
  • Good knowledge of the state and local government structures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong planning, organisation and coordination skills.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities.
  • Willingness to travel to rural and peri-urban locations within the state.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
