Responsibilities

• Develop technical designs, wiring schematics and templates for panels.
• Coordinate electronic circuit designs, circuit-board assessment and repairs.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to field engineers and technicians.
• Document designs and prepare technical guides for automation panels and procedures.
• Follow company safety requirements and procedures.
• Design, fabricate and test control panels.
• Coordinate with the OHS function and support investigation of reported incidents.

Requirements

• BSc, BEng, BTech or HND in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a related role.
• Strong understanding of control systems, motor control and PLCs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical schematic design.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electronic circuit design and troubleshooting.
• Occupational health and safety knowledge is an added advantage.
