Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vessel machinery inspections, maintenance and minor repairs.
- Maintain engine-room readiness, logs, technical tools and spare-parts requirements.
- Manage bunkering activities and supervise technical personnel and resources.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues involving engines, pumps, motors and compressors.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience on a vessel.
- Class 2 CoC for engine capacity above 3000 kW and mandatory STCW basic safety training.
- Valid NIMASA medical certification and relevant maritime documentation.
- Knowledge of ISM, SOLAS and class rules, with strong leadership and reporting skills.
